4 WHEN PLANNING AN EVENT, ALWAYS PUT YOURSELF IN THE POSITION OF A GUEST,AND IN YOUR MIND WORK THROUGH STEP BY STEP THE EXPERIENCE YOUR GUEST RECEIVE.(This is aimed at ensuring you cover all aspects at the event).

5 ENSURE THE GUESTS FEEL RELAXED AND THEIR NEEDS ARE TENDED TO ADEQUATELY.

                                    THE DONT’S OF AN EVENT PLANNER

1 STAY WITHIN YOUR BUDGET BUT NEVER CUT CORNERS IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A SUCCESSFUL EVENT.

2 NEVER FORGET TO PROPERLY TAG YOUR TABLES AND ENSURE A PROPER SITTING PLAN AND ARRANGEMENT.

3 DON’T WORRY ABOUT TRYING TO PLEASE EVERYBODY- (you will never achieve this).

4 REMEMBER TO AVOID ALCOHOL AT EVENT WITH OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES.

5 NEVER ASSUME THAT ALL VENDORS KNOW WHAT TO DO ON THE DAY OF EVENT,ALWAYS DO A PROPER CHECK ON THEM TO ENSURE THEY ALL CARRY OUT THEIR FUNCTIONS OPTIMALLY.
